I see a pattern here. Ok, so my daily diet consists of just about everything everyone has suggested. I eat lots of fruits and veggies. I eat plenty of whole grains. I eat dairy. I get plenty of protein from tofu, quinoa, cottage cheese and the occasional intake of eggs. The thing I have a hard, hard time remembering is taking my vitamins. I maybe remember once or twice a week. I’ve tried working on that, however I still manage to forget.
